(Chris Bosh)The Toronto Raptors, began the year horrible; First losing their Coach to a firing Sam Mitchell(former Coach Of the Year; really lost respect of his team and it was his time to go, so maybe a positive/negative here). Second, Not a lot of wins were showing up on the boards and also the teams roster had struggles not the right pieces.(So of course that great trade with Miami to acquire Shawn Marion and to ship out Jermaine O`Neal which worked out for both sides). Honestly; after that trade this team got better they called on fire at the end; Chris Bosh actually was quite pleased with how they bounce back. Eventhought, the Raptors didn`t make the playoffs this team came together at the end; But the question is how good can this team be to make Chris Bosh want to say.
Team Needs
-Definetely a young,solid, athletic 2 will help
-toughness in the frontcourt(They actually improved on this one with a trade acquiring Reggie Evans)
-lastly, trying to build a better group around to keep Bosh should be #1 on their list.
#8 NEW YORK KNICKS

Really with this Knicks team I don`t want to get involve to much on the issues. But I will say the New York Knicks are trying to create a new culture their and I think they will with a litle bit more time. But right now; all i see is the Knicks need a lot of pieces so that D`Antoni and the Knicks as a organization can thrive. So I will just provide team needs for right now.
Team Needs
-Upgrades in front-court could help
-Also try to keep on building this team throught the draft
-lastly, they need a lot
