Chad Ford received a call from a GM who broke the news that the Milwaukee Bucks and San Antonio Spurs agree in priciple to a trade.

But this team will have a chance to right those wrongs this upcoming year they have the #7 Pick in the 2009 NBA Draft; also the roster and new GM/Front Office personal, will be under a whole lot of pressure so in the Bay Area drastic improvements in the W column has to go up.

Team Needs

-They could look for a PG; so they can move Monta to the 2 spot.

Really with this team You Can`t get a read off them; All we Know is Golden State loves Athletes and using their Run and Gun Style. So it should be very interesting on what they do to improve.

First, This rumor that`s exploding over all the Internet about Amare Stoudamire to the Timberwolves for Al Jefferson and the 6th pick in the NBA 09 DRAFT.

I had one source tell me that the deal had no truth to it; But he said that Phoenix has been talking to different teams but just early stage talks, NOTHING HAPPENING YET.

-Also my idea of this whole situation, this deal only makes one side a winner that`s the Phoenix Suns. Because If you think about the deal Phoenix gets a younger stud who is 2 years younger than Amare also Al has a stronger body weight wise at 265. Lastly, you also receive the 6th pick so you can improve your team even more. Then the loser will be Minnesota, Well i won`t call the Timberwolves losers because If you can get Amare You should be consider a winner with that talent. But I do see a little edge for Phoenix in this swap.

Also the rumor going on right now with BEN GORDON that read the Pistons offer him a promise of 11 million. Is untrue also, this rumor came to end after Ben Gordon spoke on that and explain that all the talk that was surrounding the situation was just false, all rumor; So especially good for us Bulls Fans.

Honestly; after that trade this team got better they called on fire at the end; Chris Bosh actually was quite pleased with how they bounce back. Eventhought, the Raptors didn`t make the playoffs this team came together at the end; But the question is how good can this team be to make Chris Bosh want to say.

-Definetely a young,solid, athletic 2 will help

-toughness in the frontcourt(They actually improved on this one with a trade acquiring Reggie Evans)

-The Lakers actually are glad to be in this position; because the refs could have called it either way and we probably would be looking at a 2-2 Tie.

-Also the Magic had a little control too; with miss free throws,mental lapses, also lack of understanding in situtation, not only players but the coaches making bad decisions and that kills the team.(But I will say that Stan Van Gundy and his coaches are always prepare and i think he will address that and the players will play with in themselves and will be better.) One small note basketball is a game of paying attention to the small details, those win you games.

-The Lakers also need to force the ball in to the paint to Gasol,Bynum and even Odom; this will extend the floor for the Lakers and the opportunities will open up.

This team has some pieces to build upon and become a force later on down the road. Now to get to team needs

- Need a upgrade at the 4 who could also provide scoring and toughness

-This teams bench needs some more punch on it

#10 Milwaukee Bucks

This Bucks team, down fall this year was the same as the last couple of years injuries. This team has never really been healthy throught a whole season; but still with the leadership of Head Coach Scott Skiles and the young players development(Sessions,Charlie V ALSO Muc a Moute)
this team made a push for the playoffs, they almost had the 8th spot secure but a minor colapse and lack of gas to finish the season they fell to the 9th spot and got elimated from playoff contention. Lastly, this team should be better when healthy to make a playoff push; with a Michael Redd and Andrew Bogut add that to some solid young role players this team will compete for a playoff spot.

Team Needs

-Try to build a deeper bench

-Maybe a young PG or young PF(In Case they lose either Sessions or Charlie V)

This Pacers team, Proved that they could be the best on any giving day, but this team also never reached its peak with so many injuries, lack of a solid rotation; Also, this team tried to develop some of there youngsters(Hibbert,Rush); also trying to fit Jarrett Jack in to a solid role.(which they did fiqure it out late during the season. Lastly, This team still needs more help but looking at the backcourt there`s a whole lot of versitile players they have on the roster. So really I have nothing on them; but just add the best player still on the board in the Draft; or look in to free agency and try to build.

-needs to add best player on the board(talent pick)

-maybe a upgrade in the front court (one possiblity)

-mostly adding more young talent to build on

#12 Charlotte Bobcats

(Gearld Wallace and Emeka Okafor)

This Bobcats team; came together well under Coach Larry Brown he really help this team to grow and mature; This team almost took the 8th seed from the pistons. So this Bobcats team is really a team to watch out for their going to be a better team with a little bit more veteran Leadership. Also, this team has young pieces which is good but the question becomes will they be able to keep them and can they add on to their young talent and build a playoff team.

Team Needs

-solid veteran who will provide leadership(talking Free Agency)

-lastly, just try to gain more young talent and add to the team unstead of subtracting

-First, Excellant News about Joakim Noah(my idol) Coach Anthony and Coach Mike at the IMG Academy said that Jo has been working his butt off(really no surprise he has a amazing work -ethic and motor) also I have talk with them and they have agree with me that Jo has not reach the summit of his potential yet; His body for a seven-footer they told me was just incredible the way he is super cooordinated for his size; lastly, I heard from David Thorpe that Joakim has a better jumpshot and he is knocking that shot down with more confidence now.

-Luol is close to 100 % give it another 3 to 4 weeks(also I learned he is mostly working in Chicago right now).

-Bulls have a whole lot of workouts going on at the berto center this week.

-Gearld Henderson from Duke recently Visited the Berto Center on Monday made a comment: That he would love to be a CHICAGO BULL and he loved the traditon, the team, and the city.

This Detroit team this year had mostly a lot of uncertainty and disappointment. For example, the deal with Mr.Billups in a swap for AI; this move was a sign of that detroit uncertainty, also the Front Office seemed a little confused,the team chemistry took a shot,Not even mentioning a New Head Coach in Michael Curry. So this team really went throught a rebuilding process eventhought they made the playoffs as a 8th seed; mostly they were a disappointment; but this team still is on a process to rebuild and get better for the future, honestly right now they need a lot of help to become a better team but right now I think they need a whole lot.

Team Needs

-Upgrades in the Front Court Needed(Mostly Younger Skilled players)

-Bench needs alot of improvement

#14 Phoenix Suns

(Steve Nash and Amare Stoudamire)

This Phoenix Suns Team, mostly was dealing with Transition the whole season. Early this season the Suns had struggle with New Coach Terry Porter at the helm, Coach Porter emphasis was on defense which was not great for the personal known as a Offensive Juggernot. So after the struggles going in to Allstar Break, The Phoenix Suns hired interim coach(who is now their coach signed a 2yr deal) named Alvin Gentry who was part of the staff already and he was part of the Mike D`Antoni reign in Phoenix; He went back to letting the Phoenix Suns run and gun, and the suns were actually better the 2nd half of the season(even with the injury to their stud Amare); Althought, this team didn`t make the playoffs(with a healthy Amare they probably get in) they still went back to their style and proved that when their comfortable in a system they are tough to beat. Lastly,This teams window is closing but if they can get younger and find more contributors they will be able to make a leap back in to the NBA playoffs in 010.

Team Needs

-Possible need to get younger at the SG and SF position

-Also needs to get younger in the frontcourt(NOT INCLUDING AMARE;Louis Admondson or Dudley)

-Lastly, need to address the PG issue(a young back-up for Steve Nash to be a understudy)

#17 PHILADELPHIA 76ERS(Andre Iguodala)

This Philadelphia team had early struggles at first with the addition of Elton Brand(Aquired in Free Agency last year for a 5 yr/ 80 million dollar deal.) the sixers tried to slow the game and become a half-court team which wasn`t the sixers personel strength. Also, throught out the season they had a coaching change, Mo Cheecks was fired after a disappointing early part of the season; But once a coaching change came(interim coach Tony Dileo) also factoring in the lost of Elton Brand for the season which really became positives for this sixers team and they got on a roll leading them to the NBA playoffs, ending up with the 6th seed and playing against the 3rd seed Orlando Magic(who are in the NBA Finals) they finish the series losing to the Magic 4-2. So this brings me to their team needs.

Team Need

-A Young PG who can be a understudied to Andre Miller

- (Also the coaching vacancy is no longer a problem-Eddie Jordan is the New Coach of the 76ers)

This Atlanta Hawks team dealt with injuries in this series against the #1 seeded Cavs who were really strong winning the series Cavs 4-0. Eventhough, they lost and got sweept they still have another issue that lies ahead that is Free Agency. The Big unrestricted free Agent they need to get back is PG Mike Bibby.

Team Needs

-Young PG who can be Mike Bibby`s understudy and take over the reigns(possibly soon)

-Also they can consider a Center(to put Horford back to his position PF)

This Dallas Team struggle early, but put all the pieces together in the middle of the season and they took off and finish with the 6th seed in the NBA Playoffs. In the Playoffs they defeated the 3rd seeded San Antonio Spurs in the first round, and advanced to the 2nd round to play the Denver Nuggets but they didn`t fare to well in this series Denver won 4-1 against the Dallas Mavericks. But the thing that we learn about this team there window of winning a title is closing rapidly because key players are getting up in age; also they have some young players but they are not really yet to fill some voids to help Dirk and JKidd also Jason "The Jet Terry". So really it`s mostly getting younger talent in that can contribute and has potential to grow more as a player. There Coaching Staff is great with Coach Carlisle and his staff; also there controveral Owner Mark Cuban will provide help to get Dallas back to the top of the Conference.

Team Needs

-Need a young back up point who can take the reigns after JKidd

-Also shooting guard is definte issue they need a upgrade

-lastly, the small forward position and the Center Position

#21 NEW ORLEANS HORNETS

(CHRIS PAUL)

The New Orlean Hornets, dealt with a whole lot of injuries this year. Mostly, this team was counting on Chris Paul the whole year to make something happen from Nothing. Also David West had to shoulder the load a lot this season too. Mostly, This team was beaten up and they have some older players also that might have to be replaced with a youthful talent. But the playoffs were terrible so No need to get in to that(including that 58 point beat down they didn`t even show up)Denver won the series 4-1. But this team just needs more weapons that are young and athletic that Chris Paul can use.

Team Needs

-Need a Young wing player who can knock down the 3 and some times be a creator

- also they need to either draft or spent money to get a better bench

-lastly, a young center who`s athletic (in case Tyson is possibly moved)

The Utah Jazz this team you know what you are going to get. This team under Coach Jerry Sloan is based always on toughness and hustle also on high basketball IQ guys. But really this team is a very good team already; they made the playoffs(like they usually do under Coach Sloan) I know this team got elimanated in the first round to the NBA finals leader right now the Lakers. But there Biggest question is Free Agency will they lose some key players or can they rebuild on the fly.

Team Needs

-Power Forward position can use help

-need a solid youthful back up

-lastly, mostly need to keep there key guys

This Portland Team made a step this season to become a contender in the Western Conference. This young team has improved each year with there young core of (Their Stud/Leader) Brandon Roy(ALSO PICTURE ABOVE), and Lamarcus Aldridge(another young and upcoming). You add that to a solid cast of young guys like: Jerryd Bayless, Rudy Fernandez, Martell Webster, Travis Outlaw, Steve Blake and Greg Oden. This team is only going to get better; lastly, this team proved that they are ready winning over 54 games and even 55. So they will be a threat for a long time in the Western Conference.

Team Needs

-A experience Point Guard who can take them to another level

-Also Lamarcus Aldridge needs a backup at the 4

-Lastly, they need a center that can play with their back to the basket(to help scoring load)

#23 SACRAMENTO KINGS

Kevin Martin

This Sacramento Kings team, where can I start; alot has to be addressed if Sacramento wants to return to one of the best in the west. First, This organization needs to find a Coach that will develop a plan in what he wants the team to look like. What Im trying to say is they need a Coach who will set a new culture with the team, front office, city and fans. (I wish they would have kept Reggie Theus he was a heck of a coach) Second, they have a lot of youngsters on this team that will only get better; with there young stud star player Kevin Martin; Young Big Men Jason Thompson and Spencer Hawes. But this team has one of my favorite players Andres Nocioni who always plays with heart and passion and brings a winning attitude to this team. Lastly, thinks have to start in the Front Office, and provide this team with tools to make them successful; But the great news is that you have the #4 pick and #23 pick to address your needs.

Team Needs

-A point guard who is a distrubutor

-also Small Forward can be addressed(thats tough becuase Francisco Garcia is a solid player in this league.)

-lastly, this team can also add a backup front-court player

The Memphis Grizzlies this season was just one word tough. Having there Coach Marc Ivanronni fired during the season, and struggle with the Chemistry a bit, and also Rookie O.J. Mayo early during the season didn`t let the game come to him in the first half of theNBA season; Lastly, The Grizzlies just had alot going on with their Front Office and also a little Roster Injuries here and there. But the Second half was a improvement from where they started, O.J. started to let the game come to him instead of reacting and letting the Defense know what he was doing(on defense he improve a little but still needs some work but the potential is there on D), also Mike Conley had more understanding of how to run a team , and Rudy Gay Played Good and Took some more steps, Rookie Marc Gasol he help this team with his presence inside and his ability to play on the blocks and he learned also about the NBA and he was a whole lot better in the 2nd half so he will help them;Lastly, They had a New Coach Lionel Hollins who really brought this team a concept for the future, so they can`t get worse they can only Go up from here. So Memphis Fans You Have to Have Patience!

Team Needs

-Upgrade the backup role at the PG

-Also Upgrade the SG and SF back up role position(Mostly, need to get younger)

-Lastly, A offensive very good Power Forward

#26 CHICAGO BULLS

DERRICK ROSE(LEFT, Franchise Player), JOAKIM NOAH(RIGHT,OUR CENTER)

(a little bias this is my team and also with my idol Joakim Noah)

Well, What can I say they had a lot of Down`s early in the season also they had alot of positives so here`s the breakdown of The Chicago bulls. The season started out with a Milwaukee win and the Bulls look great there first Victory, But once it came to game 2 of the season against a KG Boston Celtic team they got embrass on National TV and that started a trend for the Bulls and they had alot of struggle dealing with Player Conduct issues,Vinny was horrible,Front Office was a little decisive. basically, the only bright light was Rose and Possibly Gordon(during that point of the year). But then the season Change once it got to the Second half, Joakim and Tyrus were the big factors,Noah was in better condition (and this 7 footer prove that he can be our future Center for a long time), Tyrus showed that he can take his game to another level when his mentality is right. Also, This team improved by the moves John Paxson made by the trades getting Brad, John and Tim Thomas. This is when the tide turn for the Bulls this team had alot more size and they had great Chemistry with each other. Of Coarse, this team made the playoffs as the 7th seed and took the defending Champion Boston Celtics to game 7 and the rest is history. The Noah Steal for a Go ahead Dunk Game 6;Rose incredible Block Game 6 and Game 1 big time Game; and can`t forget BG with his incredible shots. But the Bulls Future will be very Bright and they can be a force in the Eastern Conference in a year or two .

Team Needs

-Need A solid Front Court Scorer that can provide scoring (to Help Jo and TT)

-Most likely a shooting guard/Small Forward he fits with Rose and can shoot the 3

-A big Physical Ox on the boards and can come off the bench to provide energy and hustle

#25 Oklahoma City Thunder

This team really was a good team, this is one of those don`t look at there record because they are better than there record. With a young Core of the Future Superstar Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Jeff Green this team is looking up and they should be on there way up give it 2 years or possible 3 this team will be a force to be reckon with in the Western Conference. Now with the Break down of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Team Needs

-They Need a low post defender

-Maybe a upgrade at the 4

-also possibly can look at a back up PG who is younger(to Play behind the already Young Westbrook)

NBA DRAFT 2009 30 TEAMS in 26 days NOW WITH THE LOS ANGELES LAKERS AND THE MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES

#29 LOS ANGELES LAKERS

Well, the Los Angeles Lakers I can`t really talk about there team right now since they are not finish yet(Because their playing in the NBA Finals) but I can say the Lakers will have to try and bring back Ariza and Odom also some of the other potential free agents that are part of the bench. So this brings me to there team needs that can address there weakness.

Team Needs

(well not alot need here)

- First Priority should be at the Point Guard spot

-also a scorer off the bench to help Kobe and Pau when they are out(Odom Possibly when he shows up)

-lastly, a player that can take the energy and focus level up another notch off the bench and be a hustle player to get this team finishing off games instead of cruising to Wins

#28 The Minnesota Timberwolves

With the Timberwolves this year, it was all about facing lows and then getting real high. What I mean by that, is this team dealt with a whole lot of issues coming in with the Roster , Coach Wittman Fired in the early to middle latter of the season, Front Office Problems so they were in complete disarray with the Plan of the Franchise. Until, Hall Of Famer and Timberwolves GM Kevin Mchale came down to coach the Minnesota Timberwolves. Then we saw the results, Al Jefferson(already a beast) was a monster, Rookie Kevin Love had a nice season during the early part but his fast development came when his Idol came and Coach this team(so expect more no matter who`s the coach and let`s see if he can avoid a sohopmore slump); Lastly, This team came together and was one of the best teams in the start of the 2nd half of the season and became dangerously hot, also Randy Foye showed some improvement in some areas of his game. But Overall this team still needs alot of help so here`s some of there needs.

Team Needs

*A true point guard would be great for this team

*Also Minnesota needs a solid Shooting guard that can provide athletism and also the ability to score sometime by creating

*Minnesota is kind of in a sticky situation with the Small Forward Position I think Corey when healthy he will be great for the Timberwolves because he`s and athlete, plays defense, and has alot of intangibles.(Also I have to admit I`m a Florida Fan so a little Bias here but still I think the wolves will tell you the same that they are still high on him) But If im Minnesota this is a good time to get a back up for Brewer Possibly so that he can get some help from the bench at his spot once he gets to full health.

*Lastly, I think another Banger Could not hurt the Wolves that can only provide some rest for Kevin Love and Al Jefferson some rest from banging in the post all the time. So if you can get a hustle/Energy Guy that can give you 10 mins or so get him.

Well we all understand with the situation around the Cleveland Caviliers a tough elimination lost to the NBA Final Bound Magic; But this team also had a terrific year, they put Cleveland on the map with their historic year. They won 66 games, Lebron Won the NBA`s MVP, also his Coach Mike Brown named The NBA`s Coach of the Year, lastly, in the playoffs they swept throught out to finish his season in Game 6 of the Conference Finals. So that brings us to the 30th pick that belongs to the Cleveland Caviliers. They are dealing with Free Agency with Wally can walk(which I think he`s gone). Anderson Varejao told a source that he will Opt out of his current contract and he is now a unrestricted free agent, then you have Joe Smith,Big Z and lastly, Ben Wallace is thinking about retirement and he has a 1yr/14 million dollar deal so still talks with that. So that brings me to their glaring needs to help Lebron



Team Needs

-They Need a young Front court player who has the ability to score on the blocks

-They also need like a tweener 3 or 4 hybrid that is use these days to guard the perimeter and who can extend a defense and take some pressure off Lebron on Pick and Roll Situations

-laslty, they have to find more creators Other than a Man Name Lebron or as they Call Him King James
